Credit Recovery​

Make up your deficient credits as soon as possible!

Herriman HS Credit Recovery Classes are for make-up credit and can be done during the school year. Plus you earn .25 of elective credit for taking the class and completing your recovery courses.

 

 Here's what you need to know:

  • Your counselor can schedule you in the class

  • Each online recovery course is worth .25 of a credit

  • You pay $35 per quarter (.25) credit. Pay in the front office and take the receipt to your Credit Recovery teacher. 

  • Your Credit Recovery teacher will enroll you in each course that you need to recover.

  • The courses are Pass/Fail

Herriman High Summer School

Here's what you need to know:

  • Offered in the first two weeks of summer

  • 8-2 PM for unlimited packets, done one at a time, for a flat fee; the fee will be announced closer to the date

  • Look for more information as we get closer to the summer and talk to your counselor!

Jordan Credit Center

​

Here's what you need to know:

  • Jordan Credit Center serves grades 9-12 in the Jordan School District.

  • Offers flexible enrollment and online options, including original credit, grade replacement, credit recovery, and demonstrated competency assessments. 

  • Talk to you counselor if you think this is a good option for you! 

Valley High Summer School is the host of Summer School for the Jordan School District.

 

Here's what you need to know:

  •  Information for the summer session registration and fees is posted each spring, around April, on the school website: Valleyowls.org  Click on registration.

Northridge Learning Center is a independent center.

 

Here's what you need to know:

  • They offer quarter recovery packets in paper and online

  • Packets are $65 per quarter

  • Register online at their website- northridgelearningcenter.com
